Usage Instructions:

Use 100g of ViancoFoods Beef Stew Marinate Powder to cook with 5.5kg of beef and 11 liters of water.

Use 500g of ViancoFoods Beef Stew Marinate Powder to cook with 28kg of beef and 56 liters of water.
(Dosage may vary depending on personal cooking preferences.)

Step 1:
Marinate beef (preferably brisket) with ViancoFoods Beef Stew Marinate Powder for 30 minutes.

Step 2:
Stir-fry the beef briefly, then add water and simmer for 30 minutes. Next, add carrots, daikon radish, and onions (cut into bite-sized pieces) and cook until the meat is tender. Adjust seasoning to taste.

Step 3:
Serve with bean sprouts, baguette, or rice noodles.
