CHICKEN DRUMSTICK CURRY WITH VEGETABLE

- 1 Quarter of bonless chicken
- 2pcs Onion
- 50gr Celery
- 50gr Carrot
- 50gr Vegetable oil
- 100ml Pork Fat skin (very thin layer)
- 100gr Salt, pepper, sugar
- VIANCO Sweet & Sour Chilli Sauce
- Vianco Curry Powder 5gr
Put the quarter chicken on the cutting board ready to take the meat off the drumstick, and try to save the skin not to be tear off the drumstick. Separate meat, cut in small pieces.
Celery, Onion, Carrot chop in square then stir fry with vegetable oil, chicken meat, and with 2 tsp of VIANO Curry Powder, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp pepper., 2 tsp sugar. Cook until meat tender.
Put the mix chicken & vegetable into the drumstick and wrap by a pork fat skin, steam it for 20mins then take out and frying the drumstick until it golden.
Serving with salads, Vianco sweet & sour chilli sauce.
