SPAGHETTI WITH SEAFOOD

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 people/ 30 mins
  • Spaghetti 100gr
  • Olive oil 10ml
  • Coriander 3gr
  • Thick cream 150ml
  • 4 Prawn
  • 1 Squid
  • Garlic 3 cloves
  • Vianco Curry powder 3gr

Cook spaghetti within 10mins until it is soft, then rinse with water, and add a little bit of olive oil to the spaghetti to make it nonstick.
Prawn, squids clean and cut in small pieces then steam with ginger, salt, and pepper for a few minutes.

Heat the oil pan with chop garlic, spaghetti with 1tsp of curry powder, and seafood to keep stir fry, then add thick cream, and some salt, pepper, coriander cook until the cream thickens, try your taste with salt and turn off the fire.

Enjoy your spaghetti seafood with curry cream sauce.
