Online Shopping Guide

The following guide explains the online purchasing process on the Vianco – Viet An Spices website.

Step 1: Create an Account

Click the Account (person) icon located at the top of the website, above the product category navigation bar.

Step 2: Enter Your Information

Complete all required fields, including:

• Phone Number
• Email Address
• Password
• Any other required information

Step 3: Register Your Account

Click REGISTER.

A One-Time Password (OTP) will be sent to the phone number you provided during registration. Once you have successfully verified the OTP, your account registration will be completed.

Step 4: Update Your Account Information

After creating your Vianco account, go to My Account to update your profile information.

Complete all required information in the Account section, including:

• Shipping Address / Billing Address
• Invoice Information (if an invoice is required)

Click SAVE to complete the account update.

Step 5: Add Products to Your Shopping Cart

After updating your account information, browse the website and select the spice products you wish to purchase.

To add a product to your shopping cart:

1. Click on the desired product.
2. Select the appropriate product options (if applicable).
3. Click ADD TO CART.
4. Click VIEW CART & CHECKOUT from the panel on the right.

In the shopping cart, you can review your selected items, quantities, and prices before placing your order.

If you wish to remove an item, simply click the Remove button. You may also continue shopping to add more products before proceeding to checkout.

Step 6: Place Your Order

After reviewing your shopping cart, click PROCEED TO CHECKOUT.

On the checkout page, enter the required order information.

Next, choose your preferred payment method:

• Bank Transfer
• Cash on Delivery (COD)

Review your order details carefully, then click PLACE ORDER to complete your purchase.

Once your order has been successfully placed:

• You will receive an on-screen order confirmation.
• A confirmation email containing your order details will be sent to your registered email address.
• You can track your order status anytime through your My Account page.

Shipping Information

Shipping services are provided in accordance with the shipping policies of Viettel Post Joint Stock Corporation (Viettel Post).

For domestic express shipping rates, please refer to the latest pricing schedule published by Viettel Post.

Notes

• Volumetric weight is calculated using the following formula:

  Length (cm) × Width (cm) × Height (cm) ÷ 6,000 = Chargeable Weight (kg)

• Deliveries to districts and communes designated by Viettel Post as remote service areas may incur an additional 20% connection surcharge.
• Shipping charges do not include fuel surcharges or 10% Value Added Tax (VAT).

Additional Information

• The published shipping rates exclude VAT, fuel surcharges, remote area delivery fees, and any import duties or customs charges imposed by the destination country’s customs authorities (if applicable).
• Estimated delivery time within Ho Chi Minh City is 1–3 business days. Delivery time does not include the pickup date, public holidays, or delays caused by customs clearance.
• Deliveries to suburban areas of Ho Chi Minh City and remote provinces may require an additional 2–3 business days.
• Shipments containing cosmetics, food products, powders, liquids, or electronic devices (including batteries, laptops, mobile phones, and cameras) may require additional documentation. Customers are advised to contact customer service for shipping guidance. These items may also be subject to special handling fees depending on the destination country and shipping date.

• For oversized shipments, volumetric weight is calculated as:

  Length (cm) × Width (cm) × Height (cm) ÷ 500
