CONVENIENCE – COOK IN JUST 3 SIMPLE STEPS
Serving size: 7- 8 servings
Suggested recipe: 1.5 kg of Meat (Terderloin) and 1 kg of mix of herbs and vegetables.
- Marinate 210 g Vietnamese Ragout Sauce with 1.5 kg of meat for about 45 minutes.
- Fry the chopped onion, garlic, lemongrass and marinated meat for a few minutes to enhance the mixed flavor of the spices marinade and mix of herbs.
- Add 3 liters of water and simmer until the meat is tender. Then add chopped carrots, potatoes, peas, extra onion flakes to cook until soft. Extra salt to taste, as desired.
