Traditional vegetarian Pho broth is simmered from vegetables and mushrooms, combined with many spices such as Cinnamon, Star Anise, Ginger, Cardamom, Cloves, Coriander, Dried onions, …, to create an attractive and distinctive broth.

“Pho” Vegetarian Soup Concentrate, ViancoFoods concentrated seasoning, prepared in 8 minutes” is a blend of spices that creates the flavor of Pho. Making it easier to cook Pho while still achieving the perfect taste.

1. Dried Vermicelli Noodle: Rice, Tapioca Starch, Salt.
2. Soup Concentrate Sachet
3. Dried Spring Onion: 1g

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:

Cook with extra mushrooms, vegetables, tofu, and mints.
1. Boll 600 ml of water add mushroom, vegetables, tofu then reduce heat to add the bag of Viancofoods Pho Vegetarian Flavour Soup Concentrate to cook in 2 minutes. Add salt as required
2. Boil the dried noodles in another pot for 5 minutes and drain, place noodles in a bowl with fresh mint, bean sprouts.
3. Pour the Pho Vegetarian Soup into a bowl. Enjoy a delicious Noodle Soup with onion, shallot, chilli and lemon to enhance your flavour.
