PORK CUTLET WITH FIVE SPICE POWDER SAUCE

Make sauce: heat the oil pan with chop onion, add 50ml chicken stock, ½ tsp five spice powder, mustard, thick cream and add more salt, pepper as your taste cook for 5-10mins until sauce turn thicken. Ready to serve add on top of pork cutlet with Five spice sauce, coriander.
