• 200gr Italian rice
  • 3 Big prawn- peel off the skin, keep the tail.
  • 1 Squid –clean inside out, cut in round
  • 1 Avocado
  • 10pcs of Strawberry
  • 5pcs of baby tomatoes
  • 1 Iceberg lettuce
  • 2 Chinese herb leaf
  • 30ml Cooking oil
  • 100gr Butter
  • 100ml White wine
  • 500ml Chicken stock
  • 5gr Vianco curry powder
  • Pepper, coriander, onion, salt, sugar……

Chop Onion in square. Lettuce cut in small slide . Avocado cut in square .Strawberry cut in half

Fried Italian rice with hot olive oil pan, onion, white wine, Chinese herb about 3 mins. Add chicken stock to simmer for 15mins with pepper, salt.

Marinated prawns and squid with 1tsp of Vianco curry powder for a few minutes and fry on both side in  a hot oil pan.

Serving rice with prawn, squids, baby tomatoes

TIP: Italian rice cooks less water than a normal rice, and do not need to use spices while cook
