PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS

INGREDIENTS:

• Dried Rice Noodle: Rice, Tapioca starch, Modified starch (E1412), Salt, Sugar, Stabilizers (Guar gum – E412).
• Soup Concentrate: Water (47%), Natural spices (Cinnamon, Star anise, Coriander, Black Cardamom, Pepper, Onion), Salt, High fructose corn syrup, Flavor enhancer (E621), Yeast extract, Stabilizers (E415, E407), Chicken flavor, Preservatives (E202).
• Chilli Oil Paste: Soybean oil, Chilli (30%), Lemongrass, Ginger, Garlic, Onion, Annatto powder, Salt, High fructose corn syrup, Flavor enhancers (E621, E635), Stabilizers (E1442), Yeast extract, Chilli extract, Preservatives (E200).

CONTAINS: Soybean oil.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:

Cook with extra 50 g Beef slices, Vietnamese beef patties and mints.

• Step 1: Preparation: Cook with extra 100 g Chicken thighs (or drumstick), vegetables and mints.

• Step 1: Simmer 900 ml of water with Chicken thigh until tender, reduce heat as the broth level of 600 ml to add the bag of Viancofoods Pho Chicken Flavour Soup Concentrate to cook in 2 minutes. Extra fish sauce (as preferable) or salt as required.

• Step 1: Pour the Pho Chicken Soup into a bowl. Enjoy a delicious Noodle Soup with dried spring onion, chilli and lemon to enhance your flavour.
