Ingredients:
The product contains a spice bag with natural herbs and spices, including: cinnamon, star anise, coriander seeds, fennel seeds, garlic, onion, shallot, salt, and pepper.

Usage Instructions

  • Use 100g of Vietnamese Pho Soup Powder for 5.5kg of beef and 17 liters of water.

  • Use 500g of Vietnamese Pho Soup Powder for 28kg of beef and 84 liters of water.
    (Dosage may vary depending on personal cooking preferences. Recommended to use a spice bag for infusion.)

*(Serves 3-4 people)*

Step 1:
Prepare the ingredients:

  • Pho noodles
  • Beef brisket (200g)
  • Beef bones (1 kg)
  • 2 onions
  • Herbs & garnishes

Step 2:

  • Simmer beef bones and brisket with 3 liters of water and onions for about 30 minutes.
  • Add the ViancoFoods Pho Soup Powder (18g) and continue simmering on low heat for another 30 minutes until the brisket is tender.
  • Remove the brisket and slice thinly.
  • Add daikon radish, salt, and sugar to taste, then cook for an additional 20 minutes.

Step 3:

  • Briefly blanch the thinly sliced beef in the broth for a rare finish.
  • Place pho noodles in a bowl, add blanched bean sprouts, sliced brisket, and rare beef.
  • Top with green onions, cilantro, and ladle the hot broth over the noodles.
  • Serve with Thai basil, cilantro, bean sprouts, lime, and chili for extra flavor.

Pho is a traditional Vietnamese dish, believed to have originated in Nam Định. It is one of the most iconic dishes in Vietnamese cuisine, featuring rice noodles and a rich, aromatic broth.

Tip:
For the best flavor, choose fresh, moist beef with a bright red color—neither too dry nor too wet.
