Ingredient
Turmeric, cashew nuts, coriander seeds, dried chili, star anise, star anise, cumin, cloves, cinnamon, aromatic leaves, dried garlic, cardamom, black pepper, pepper, nutmeg. CONTAINS NO SYNTHETIC POWDER.
How to Use
Step 1:
Marinate 10gr of Curry Powder with about 500gr of chicken (beef, pork, frog,…) for about 30 minutes.
Step 2:
Fry minced onion and garlic. Stir-fry the meat. Add 800ml of water and boil for 15 minutes
Step 3:
Add the sweet potatoes and stew for another 5 minutes. Add coconut milk and 1 packet of Viet An Oil Curry Sauce – Vianco and cook for another 5 minutes.
Safety Warnings: Please do not use it if you have an allergy to these ingredients. Keep in the fridge for 30 days after opening.
