Ingredients
The powder form product consists of finely ground natural herbal spices such as: Black pepper, nutmeg, fennel, cloves, star anise, dried chili, cinnamon, annatto seeds, cardamom, salt.
Instructions for Use
Use 100g of Vietnammese ‘Bun Bo Hue’ Condiment Powder with 5.5 kg of beef and 17 liters of water.
Use 500g of Vietnammese ‘Bun Bo Hue’ Condiment Powder with 28 kg of beef and 84 liters of water.
