DURIAN MOUSSE WITH ANISE STAR

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 slices Durian
  • 100gr brown sugar
  • ½ can condensed milk
  • 1litre full cream milk
  • 2 pandra leaf
  • 7 jelly dry leaf
  • 3 strawberries
  • 50gr VIANCO whole Anise star, Cinamon

Clean pandra leaf and cook with full cream for about 20 mins with a medium heat

Then add the rest of ingredients in the pot keep cooking in  another 10 mins more then adding  jelly dry leaf- had washed and soaked in ice water before cook

Pour the mix on a glass or bowl then keep in the fridge to make it thicker

Serve with strawberries, mango

TIP Durian, cinamon, anise star quick fry on non-stick pan to get their taste before put in the mix pot.
