BACON POACHED WITH SHRIMP

– Shrimp: 250g
– Bacon: 350gr
– Vianco meat marinating sauce
– Vianco annatto oil
– Garlic, Green Onion, chili
– Other spices (pepper, monosodium glutamate, seasoning, …)
Steps to make dish
– Bacon washed and cut into bite-sized pieces
– Shrimp peeled and cleaned
– Green onions and garlic minced
The secret is to marinate meat so that the bacon is cooked right the first time.
– Marinate bacon with 4 tablespoons of Vianco meat marinating sauce. Stir well to absorb the meat on all sides and leave for 15 minutes.
– Shrimp marinated with minced garlic, seasoning, and pepper and leave for 15 minutes.
– Put oil in the pan, wait until it is hot, then add the minced garlic and fry until it has a fragrant smell. Then add the meat and stir-fry for about 15 minutes until the meat is firm.
– Next, stir-fry the marinated shrimp for another 15 minutes for the meat and shrimp to absorb evenly, the sauce has penetrated into the meat.
Note: do not add shrimp and meat to stir-fry at the same time because shrimp cook quickly and absorb spices faster than meat, so it is easy to get salty if stir-fry at the same time.
