FISH FILLET WITH MANGO SAUCE

INGREDIENTS

  • 400gr Fish fillet
  • 90gr Scallop
  • 1 Mango
  • 30ml of Olive Oil
  • 1 Chilli
  • 1 tsp of VIANCO Five Spice Powder
  • 2 tsp of VIANCO Pepper Powder
  • Fresh Coriander, Salt, Sugar…

Mango sauce: Peel off mango cut 2 sides and blending with corriander, olive oil, 1 tsp of salt, 1 tsp of VIANCO pepper, and chilli take out seeds.

Use piece of mango left over to fry on the hot pan with a little bit of salt, pepper for 1 minute on both side.

Fish fillet  marinated with 1 tsp of salt, pepper,  and 1 tsp of VIANCO Five Spice powder  for 10 minutes. Then fry in the hot oil pan until golden.

Serve  Fish fillet with Mango sauce, coriander, and a slice of frying mango

TIP: Scallop should have a quick fried on high heat to seal the juice in
