GARLIC PRAWN WITH FIVE SPICE POWDER
INGREDIENTS
- 250gr Medium green prawn – cleaned
- 50gr Chop garlic
- 100ml White wine
- 2 slices lemon
- 3gr Vianco Five Spice Powder
- 3gr Vianco Pepper Powder
- Salt, Vegetable oil, coriander
- Spring Onion- chop 2cm
- 1 Coconut
Marinated prawn with 1 tsp of Five Spice Powder, salt, pepper
Heat the oil pan, chopped garlic, prawn cook for few minutes when prawn nearly cooked put white wine in and keep stir fry for another 5 minutes.
Serve with spring onion.
