PORK CUTLET WITH FIVE SPICE POWDER SAUCE

INGREDIENTS

( 4 people/ 30 minutes)

  • Pork cutlet 300gr
  • Five Spice powder 5gr
  • Spring Onion 50gr
  • Yellow mustard 50gr
  • Thick cream 50ml
  • Onion 3gr
  • Coriander 3gr
  • Salt, pepper, cooking oil

Marinate pork cutlet cut in round thick layer with salt, pepper, cooking oil leave it for 15mins then frying on both side. Put on aside

Make sauce: heat the oil pan with chop onion, add 50ml chicken stock, ½ tsp five spice powder, mustard, thick cream and add more salt, pepper as your taste cook for 5-10mins until sauce turn thicken.

Ready to serve add on top of pork cutlet with Five spice sauce, coriander.
