
Origin
Braised beef comes from Saigon-Cho Lon. It is said that this dish originated from India or French, but the braised beef is truly the national dish of Vietnam, comparable to Pho (Vietnamese noodles) and Hue beef soup noodles.

Usage
Used for cooking beef, La-gu, sauce… Beef with braised meats or vegetarian ingredients, used in combination with a tomato sauce for a more delicious flavor.
Cooking Instructions: For cooking beef stew, Marinate the base with beef cubes. Add more carrot, onion, tomato oil base & stew with 2 litre of water until meat tender.
- Marinate 500 grams of meat + 1 liter of fresh coconut water + 1 liter of filtered water.
