Description
Pho is a traditional Vietnamese dish, it’s believed that Pho originated in Nam Dinh and can also be considered as one of the typical dishes for Vietnamese cuisine. The main ingredients of Pho are Pho noodles and broth.
Traditional Pho broth is simmered from bones and combined with many spices such as cinnamon, star anise, ginger, cardamom, cloves, coriander, dried onions, etc. to create an attractive and different broth.
Pho is always enjoyed while it’s still hot. Getting delicious bowls of Pho depends a lot on the experience and traditional know-how of the processor, in which the broth must ensure a sufficient blend of spices.

Natural ingredients
- Dried rice noodle: rice, tapioca starch, salt.
- Pho soup’s concentrate: Water (48%), Natural spices (Cinnamon, Star Anise, Coriander, Black Cardamon, Garlic, Pepper, Onion), Salt, High Fructose Corn Syrup, Flavour enhancer (621), Yeast extract, Stabilizer (415, 407), Beer flavor, Coriander flavor, Preservatives: Potassium Sorbate (E202).
Pho kit contains
- Dried Rice Noodle 2*50 g2.
- Dried Spring Onion 1*1 g
- Soup Concentrate Bag 1*84g
Cooking instruction
- Boiling 600 ml of water then reduce heat to add the bag of Viancofoods Pho Beef Soup Concentrate in 2 minutes. Add salt as required.
- Boil the dried noodles in another pot for 5 minutes and drain, place noodles in a bowl with beef slices, fresh mints, and bean sprouts.
- Pouring the Pho Beef Soup into a bowl. Enjoy a delicious noodle Soup with onion, shallot, chili, and lemon.
