Ingredient
Includes: Star anise, annatto, cinnamon, turmeric, cilantro seeds, cardamom, cloves, anise, nutmeg, black pepper, bare skin, salt.
Usage Instruction
TBeef cut into pieces, marinated with Vianco Beef Stew Marinate Powder package for about 30 minutes. Stir-fry for 3-5 minutes the marinated beef with onions, garlic, ginger, and lemongrass, add 2 liters of water, along with carrots, turnip, and onions, all cut into pieces and cook until the meat is soft. Use with Vianco Beef Stew Marinate Oil, tomato soup, cook for about 15 minutes, cook the soup for about 15 minutes, season with salt and sugar to taste. Add a mixture of 1 tablespoon of tapioca starch dissolved with water into the pot of beef stock to create a thick consistency, cook until it boils, then turn off the heat.
Storage instructions
Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. After use, the remaining product should be stored in an airtight container with a lid. Spices should be used before the expiry date. Do not use if the bag has been opened or torn.
