CURRY FRIED RICE WITH SEAFOOD
INGREDIENTS

- Rice 200gr
- Vianco Curry Powder 3gr
- Tomato paste 2 teaspoons
- Shredded Cheese 10gr
- 1 Onion, 2 stalk of Lemongrass
- Coriander 10gr
- Clams 200gr
- Salt, pepper
Wash out dirt from Clams then bring to steam with lemongrass. Cook rice
Heat up the pan with butter, chop the onion, then add the cooked rice, and Vianco Curry Powder to stir fry for a few minutes
Put 2 teaspoons of tomato paste, shredded cheese, and coriander chop and keep stir-frying for 10 minutes or until fried rice turn dry, then put some more salt and pepper,…as your taste.
Take off the hard shell clams then mix them with fried rice. Ready to serve. Enjoy your meal
