Ingredients
- Rib tips (about 700grams)
- Five spices powder of Vianco (one pack has about 5grams)
- Satay oil paste of Vianco (45grams)
- Honey (30 gr)
- Ketchup (30 gr)
- Vegetables (tomatoes or red bell peppers)
- Chili powder
- Salt
- Sugar
- Minced garlic (about 15 gr)
- Chopped purple onion (about 15gr)
- Seasoning seeds (5gr)
- Step 1: put the ribs in a pot and one teaspoon of salt to simmer. Then, you rinse these ribs.
- Step 2: add seasoning seeds, salt, chopped purple onions, minced garlic, honey, ketchup, and one pack of the Vianco five spices powder in a bowl
- Step 3: put the satay oil paste of Vianco to marinate these ribs and wait for 4 hours.
- Step 4: grill those ribs two times. The first time, you should grill them at 200 degrees within 20 minutes. The second time, you reduce the grilling time to 10 minutes only. The temperature needs to be maintained at 200 degrees.
- Step 5: Using the remainder of the meat marinade and cook it again. Place it in a new pan and cook over low heat until the liquid turns to thicken.
