PRAWN STIR FRY WITH SATAY OIL

INGREDIENTS

  • Tiger Prawn 12pcs
  • Onion 1pc
  • Carrot 1pcs
  • Salt, pepper
  • Vianco Satay Oil
  • White wine 10ml
  • Fresh chili

Tiger prawns take out the head, and tail, peel off the skin

Carrot and chili are shredded in a thin layer.

Heat the oil pan with chop garlic, and tiger prawn to stir fry add chop onion, white wine, and 2 tsp of VIANCO satay oil cook some more for a few minutes then add salt, pepper, sugar… as your taste.

Serve with rice, shredded carrot. Enjoy your dishes
