TIGER PRAWN WITH CURRY

INGREDIENTS

(3 peoples/ 25 mins)

  • 6pc Tiger prawn
  • 1 jar of Vianco Satay oil 60gr
  • Small Grape fruit – 1 lettuce cut in tiny pieces
  • Garlic 2 cloves -chop
  • Cognac wine 2cl
  • Coriander chop

Prawn take out its head, peel of skin

Heat the oil pan with chop garlic then put prawn in with big fire and add cognac wine cook for few minutes.

Add salt, pepper, coriander, 1tsp of satay oil  and quick stir fry  –try your taste and turn off  fire

Serving with lettuce, grape fruit. Enjoy your meal
